Part of the design strategy for the Haixia Bank’s Fujian office building was to create an inviting atmosphere for customers. As such the banking floor has ample open spaces, gardens and a glazed atrium as well as access to a sky lobby with landscaped gardens. The podium area contains the major functions of the bank and is a light-filled space that shifts and extends upwards into a vertical space enclosed by the transparent glass curtain walls of the towers.
